Handy and absolutely perfect location short walk to both beaches and both shopping centers and beach, everything perfect. Location close to bus stops.

The bungalows are located in a convenient area, not too far from the city center, making it ideal for those who enjoy walking. there is an abandoned shopping mall nearby, which provides a unique experience. Guests also have easy access to a supermarket, making it convenient for any shopping needs.

Near friends who live in the area

No 24 hour reception so it was very noisy at night. The people were allowed to party all night. No rules or regulations. We got very little sleep. Beds uncomfortable with plastic sheets and no change to the sheets during the weeks stay. Lots of ants on floors no kettle customers towels on all sunbeds left all night. (Unable to get a place at the pool) very disapointed

The pool area was clean and spacious, with plenty of sunbeds available. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the 24-hour reception was convenient for any queries or assistance needed. The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and a short distance from the beach, making it convenient for exploring the area.

The bungalows were dated and could do with some refurbishment. The cleanliness of the accommodation could have been better, as there were instances of dirty utensils and stained sheets.

We booked Colorado Bungolows at very last minute for Maspalomas Gay Pride because it was cheap - 84 euro for 4 nights, what a valuefor money! After reading all the bad reviews we did not expect much, but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. It was excellent! The bungalow itself was very clean with great facilities, kitchen well equipped, beds very comfortable. The pool outside is awesome, great for morning swim. Location is a bit of a walk, about half an hour to the beach and centre, but who doesn't mind a stroll will be fine.Staff is also great, they let us check out at 5pm and use the facilities as our flight was not until 8pm. Definitely reccommend!

This is my second stay here, largely determined by the reasonable cost and the fact that they do not discriminate or over charge solo travellers. The grounds are pleasant, the Bungalows, basic, but practical and relatively clean. The pool is in good order and the staff are responsive and helpful.

Some residents were rude and noisey. It might be an idea to set out some ground rules on entry. One family brought their own Music system and played it outside loudly. They were a very loud family with the Mother shouting at her kids all the time. I had to leave the complex to get away from it, although staff did ask her to keep the music in her house.

Well-equipped bungalows with regular cleaning. Delicious breakfast made with love. Friendly staff at the reception and restaurant. Convenient bus connections at cheap prices. Felt completely relaxed, no complaints

In general I liked the hotel, we have what we pay for. Location is very good and peaceful change of linens, bedding and cleaning the bathroom daily. Pool fantastic and cleaned daily, bungalow with acceptable size ... Advise

We have what we pay for ... but I think a cleaning and maintenance of the bungalows should be improved, all in need of interior painting, general cleaning should be improved whenever a guest leaves the hotel. The bar and restaurant within 11 days had only opened two days without any notice to guests.

Loved the pool, bungalows with patio, and sunbathing area. Friendly staff. Convenient location for Yumbo and bus stops. Affordable airport transfer.

I liked the pool and the calm, relaxed atmosphere. cheap, 7 of us for 700 euro was good value!
